Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery, provided the following conditions are met: the item must be unused and in its original condition, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt. Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include items that have been used or damaged through no fault of ours, any personal care or hygiene-related products where applicable, and items that were explicitly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
Refunds
